Concrn is a compassionate alternative to 911 for mental health and behavioral crises. Citizens in San Francisco can report crises through a mobile app which allows rapid dispatch of trained community responders, trained in compassionate response, to de-escalate and connect people to critical social services.
My Role: Lead Designer, UX, UI
Concrn needed a website redesign that clearly articulated their important role in the Tenderloin neighborhood and encouraged their supporters to donate and download their app. The new design provided new typography and hierarchy that emphasizes donating as the primary action.
