Optimizing UX to Drive Loyalty and Revenue
Role: UX/UI design, personas, customer journey mapping, wireflows, content audit, research, style update.
Overview: Conducted a two-week sprint to enhance BarkShop's e-commerce experience by revamping product detail page (PDP) templates and introducing an autoship feature.
Problem Definition: Prioritized understanding customer needs and pain points before implementation.
Solution: Introduced autoship feature based on customer insights to improve user experience and drive revenue.
Style Update: Refreshed design for better alignment with Bark brand identity.

Wireflows
I created wireframes/flow to give the team us a high level view of the impact that adding this feature would incur to the checkout flow. Also to identify where we would need to add new UI/UX. We identified two areas:
1. A PDP that is a bundle (many items, an edge case)
2. The ability to manage your auto-shipment in your account

PDP Bundle and Account pages would need further fleshing out and UX/UI work.
